Complete overhaul of the central tool of our communications of the company logo. The new logo expresses the new joint identity of all Buzzi Unicem companies. At the same time regional company names are maintained in recognition of the uniqueness and cultural heritage of each member of the Buzzi Unicem corporation.

- Buzzi Unicem gains majority share in Dyckerhoff corporation, thereby making Cement Hranice company part of Buzzi Unicem.

The company is certified for its management system according to the norms ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2000 and ČSN EN ISO 14 001: 1996.

The majority share in Cement Hranice company gained by German cement producer Dyckerhoff.

Cement Hranice company. becomes a majority shareholder in the Cemos Ostrava joint stock company.
